The estimated delivery time is about 7 to 10business days once the order is placed.
If the rug you wish to purchase is sold out,
you can order it and we will be happy to make the same designs of rug for you.
＊Please note that the all of our rugs are 100% handmade
and they can not exctly be the same.
The reproducibility is about 90% of the original design.
The expected delivery time will be about 5 months.
The 50% down payment of the total rug price is required at the time of order.
Another 50% payment must be made once the rug is made and before shipping.
The payment can be accepted by Bank transfer or PayPal only.
A complimentary rug will be offered to the customers
who purchase multiple rugs as below ;
For the orders over US$3000, one complimentary
wool or silk rug in size S will be offered.
For the orders over US$5000, one complimentary
wool or silk rug in size M will be offered.
For the orders over US$7000, one complimentary
wool or silk rug in size L will be offered.
The complimentary rug will be delivered seperately
with the sippment cost is on us.
For complimentary rugs, you can choose your favorite rug and we will send it to you!
